Investing in People
We are committed to a robust programme of training for all employees, whatever discipline they are in and believe this investment in our people will continue to improve the service we provide to our customers. Along with in-house courses we also work closely with external suppliers such as ARMA to provide best practise training to our employees. We also provide sponsorship to study towards professional qualifications related to the work the individual is doing.
We are proud of the fact that many of our staff have completed qualifications such as CIPD, IRPM, MIRPM and ACCA whilst working with us. This is a real achievement and shows a high level of dedication from our staff which transfers to their day to day working life.
MSC in Property Management and Investment
In addition to the standard internal training, we have successfully partnered with De Montfort University to develop and then deliver a Masters level qualification in our field. Three cohorts of RMG London employees have now successfully completed the qualification and we look forward to continuing with this unique partnership.
De Montfort University Faculty of Business and Law is proud of its excellence in teaching and research, and its strength in combining academic rigour with practical application. Over 4000 students and 150 academic staff make Leicester Business School one of the larger providers of business and management education in the UK. This is the focus of DMU’s association with RMG London, a relationship centred on industry experts and training specialists from both organisations.
